Unlike many NGOs, HHY is founded and led locally by Zambian pastor Victor Chimfwembe. 80% of our staff is local, and our vision is to empower the people we serve to thrive and be self-sufficient.

Physical and spiritual poverty are complex and have many root causes. Simply addressing a single issue will not bring about lasting change. Our holistic approach addresses hunger/nutrition, education, healthcare, income generation, and spiritual discipleship.
